: 2224 grafts FIT w/ WHTC (Dr Mwamba ) 6 months post op : tshinos March 10, 2009, 05:28:14 PM After 3 attempts in the past to resolve his hair loss pattern,the patient ended up with a pluggy look and thinning in the frontal zone which makes his problem very difficult to hide.He decided to trust WHTC team 's work and Dr Mwamba's plan .The last one recommended to lower the hair line to disguise the plugs in the front and to rebuild the temples points to keep the proportion of the face.
BEcause he is a class 5 to 6 in the norwood scale ,we decided to graft the crown at low density .Our big concern was the donor availability as the previous old punch grafts left a major part of the donor with scars ;therefore very difficult to use .BHT and all the others ressources ill be helpfull in the future. Now let's show you the results after 6 months sent by the patient himself.
