The Less is More Technique

Everybody is not a good candidate for hair transplant surgery.
Hair transplant surgery consists of redistribution of hairs by transferring some from the donor area to supplement the recipient area.
The bigger the recipiet area ,the harder it becomes to find enough hairs to cover it .
For extensive baldness (Norwood 6 and 7 ) ,we were oblige to exclude them and leave them with that heavy burden to carry forever.
Now ,we understood Hair transplant surgery is not only about full coverage with high density but rather creating an illusion of fullness.
With the less is more technique ,we are trying to cover a big area with small grafts transplanted at low density.
To create the illusion of coverage ,the patients need to follow certain rules:he has to keep his hairs very short to increase the impression of fullness, he needs to understand that the goal is to frame the face because it makes you look younger .
In order to keep the hairs very short ,the only suitable technique is FIT.(It doesn't change the anatomy of the scalp and hair direction and you can not see visible scars even with very short hairs).
