This patient is a Norwood 2 with receding temples.The right side was deeper than the left and required more grafts (around 350 grafts ) and the left side (150 grafts).
As you can see ,the left side area required 350 grafts.hair line building takes a lot of grafts because you need to use finest hairs which has to be singles hairs and doubles .And they have to be grafted closely to avoid a thinning look .And FIT ,its high selectivity in graft harvest allow us to cherry pick what we need .
