Middle age patient , Norwood 4 to 5 ,was seeking a solution for his hair loss.
After close assessment of his case , we came up with this plan:
-medical therapy based on propecia + rogaine
-Hair transplant surgery ( FIT shaven )
He had very good hair density and very good calculated density (= number of hairs per graft ).So we were comfortable to graft at high density (60 fu/cm2) with a nice hair line location .
In the future the patient is aware he will need additional surgeries to adress the vertex when this event will occur .right now he can enjoy what he has and we are hoping medications will push the cited event above as far as the sun .
