Body Hair Transplantation (BHT) uses the same punch technology as Dr. Mwamba’s FIT. As the name would suggest, BHT involves harvesting hair from the legs, abdomen, chest, back, and beard for relocation to the scalp. While scalp hair is the preferable source for donor hair, it is a finite resource. Some patients do not have enough scalp donor hair to attain the results they desire. For these individuals, BHT can be quite valuable, particularly if the body hair resembles the scalp hair in terms of curl and texture.
